Thank you so much for supporting our handmade business! Because our items are carefully handcrafted with love in Ireland, we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
Please read our return and refund guidelines below, tailored specifically for our crochet and jewellery collections.
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
In accordance with EU Distance Selling regulations, if your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return under this cooling-off period:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, clean (free of makeup, pet hair, or perfume scents), with any original tags still attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To protect our small business and maintain strict hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Pierced Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom or Personalised Orders: Any crochet bandanas or jewellery pieces made with custom colour combinations, specific sizing requests, or personalised adjustments cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: All purchases of sale items or gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria above and you would like to return it, please follow these steps:

Contact us at kahzhoo@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address in Ireland.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind / Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like An Post Registered Post), as we cannot guarantee or issue a refund for items that are lost in transit.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at kahzhoo@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue, make it right, and cover any return shipping expenses.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the style or colour you want is to complete the return process for the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
