We sell handmade Brazilian crafts, crochet bandanas, and unique jewelry pieces. Because our items are carefully handcrafted:

• Natural Variations: You acknowledge that handmade items, by their nature, may have minor variations in stitch tension, dimensions, pattern alignment, and natural texture. These are not considered defects, but rather the unique character of artisan, slow-made products.

• Color Representation: We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Availability & Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - MADE-TO-ORDER & PROCESSING TIMES

Certain products, including our crochet bandanas, are made-to-order (Pre-Order).

• Production Time: Please note that these items require a standard production time of 2 working days before they are dispatched for shipping.

• Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we cannot meet the production timeline due to high demand. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping and handling charges, which will be calculated and added during the checkout process.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method (including Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, or Revolut transfers) and that any transaction fees will be honored.

We ship our products from Ireland using An Post (postal service).

• Delivery Estimates: All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier backlogs, adverse weather, or customs processing.

• Risk of Loss: Once we transfer the package to An Post, the title and risk of loss for the items pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and branding (including the name "Kahzhoo" and our custom Caju illustrations) are owned by Kahzhoo and are protected by Irish, European, and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You must not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our designs or website content without our express written permission.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways like Stripe) or links to social media platforms. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" without any warranties or conditions. Any use of optional third-party platforms is entirely at your own risk.
