Kahzhoo Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our slow-made, handcrafted brand! Because our items are handmade with love in Ireland, we want to make sure you know exactly what to expect regarding shipping and delivery.

1. Processing & Crafting Times

We offer two types of products on our store, and their processing times differ:

  • Made-to-Order (Pre-Order) Crochet Bandanas: Because these are meticulously hand-crocheted, please allow 2 working days for production before your item is dispatched.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items (Jewellery & Ready Stock): These items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order.

If your order contains both a made-to-order bandana and a ready-to-ship piece of jewellery, they will be shipped together once the bandana is ready.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We ship all our orders from Dublin, Ireland, using An Post (Ireland's national postal service). We offer two shipping options at checkout to suit your needs:

☘️ Domestic Shipping (Within Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • Standard Post (Untracked): A budget-friendly option. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch to arrive at your door.

  • Registered Post (Fully Tracked & Signed): Highly recommended. Includes a tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. Usually takes 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

🇪🇺 European Union Shipping

  • Standard International Post (Untracked): Usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Registered International Post (Tracked): Includes full tracking so you can follow your package's journey. Usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

🌍 Rest of the World Shipping

  • Registered International Post (Tracked): Usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on local postal services and customs processing times.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination.

  • Tip: Lightweight items like earrings and thin bracelets are very affordable to ship!

4. Tracking Your Order

If you selected a Registered (Tracked) shipping option at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your An Post tracking number once your package has been handed over to the courier. You can trace your package directly on the An Post website.

If you selected Standard Post, please note that tracking is not available, and we cannot look up the location of your package once it has left our hands.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Within the EU: Since Kahzhoo is located in Ireland, there are no customs duties or import taxes for any orders shipped to addresses within the European Union.

  • Outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom, USA, Canada): The buyer is solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may be applied by your destination country. Kahzhoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We package our crochet and jewellery items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Delays: While An Post is incredibly reliable, postal delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, adverse weather, or carrier backlogs. We kindly ask for your patience during these busy periods.

  • Missing Packages: For standard untracked shipments, we must wait 10 working days (for Ireland) and 20 working days (for International) before a package can officially be considered lost. If your tracked package is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it for you.
